Corallia beach is said to be the best beach in Paphos and is only a 5 min walk from the villa as are the shops and supermarkets, restaurant and bars. Also the 5* Coral Bay Beach Hotel where non residents' can use the facilities. The heart of Coral bay is a 5 min bus ride (bus stop right by the villa) or a 15 mins stroll. Buses run regularly to Paphos and the harbour.

Travel
Paphos airport is a 25 min journey to Jovilla. Larnaca airport is 1 hour 15 mins. Car hire is not essential as local transport is just at the bottom of the road. Although you may want to experience the best of Cyprus by hiring a car.

Distances
The village of Peyia is a 5 mins drive away. Paphos town centre a 15 mins drive. Horse Riding, Go-Karting are all within a 10 mins drive away.

Bedrooms:	3 double bedrooms with high ceilings and A/C. Double balcony spans the master and second bedroom, offering great views to the sea and coastline. You can watch yachts sail by at close quarters when the proposed Marina at nearby Coral Bay is completed.
Bathrooms:	Family bathroom with bath and integrated shower with glass shower screen. Master bedroom: en-suite shower and guest cloakroom on ground floor.
Kitchen:	Granite inlaid kitchen with everything to satisfy a demanding chef. Breakfast bar. Fully equipped kitchen extends to generous sized dining room area.
Living Rooms:	The dining room flows naturally to an inviting covered terrace, discretely screened from the swimming pool area. A separate lounge shares the expansive terrace, which is surrounded by the stylish and fully landscaped front garden. Paphos International Airport is a 25 minute drive.

Distances
Paphos town is just a 8 minute drive away and Coral Bay in the opposite direction is about the same distance.

For those who don’t want to drive there is a local bus into Paphos or Coral Bay at the top of the road approx 1km away. You can take a bus to anywhere even the main towns of Nicosia, Limassol or Larnaca. There are coastal walks to Paphos harbour which takes approx an hour or towards Coral Bay. There is a restaurant and bar within walking distance of the villa and 100 mtrs to the nearest hotel bar. The corner shop is about 800mtrs.

The villa is situated 8 mins drive to Coral Bay and 7 mins drive to Paphos and you can walk down a coastal path from the villa to Paphos harbour and its 25 mins drive away from Paphos airport.

The nearest pub to the villa is within a very short few minutes walking distance and is called THE DIMMA BAR.
