How long is the Contract?
Normally 12 months but some Landlords will do shorter if requested

What do I pay when I take it on?
One month deposit and one month rent in advance

Do I pay service bills?
Yes, all bills are down to the tenant unless agreed with the landlord.

How much notice do I give if I want to move out?
Contracts are for 12 months but some Landlords will let you leave early by giving one months notice.

How much is the damage deposit?
One month rent however some Landlords ask for two months rent as a damage deposit

How do I pay rent?
It will need to be paid directly into the Landlords bank account by standing order.

Who draws up the tenancy agreement/contract?
We do as the property management agents on behalf of the Landlord

Are pets allowed?
This is at the discretion of the Landlord

Are we allowed to sub-let?
NO - This is definitely not allowed and would lead to eviction.
